- App Permissions: Screen Time API usage (for app blocking during focus sessions), speech recognition (for voice input to AI Coach)
- Subscription Data: Your subscription status (free, trial, or premium), purchase history through Apple In-App Purchases

- AI Insights: Behavioral analysis and productivity recommendations generated by our AI
- Habit Suggestions: Personalized habit recommendations created based on your profile
- Coach Responses: AI-generated responses from your conversations with Bob

- Apple iCloud: Screen Time settings and app selection data (handled by iOS, not directly by us)
- Local Device Storage: Cached data and preferences using @AppStorage and UserDefaults
- OpenAI API: AI Coach conversations are processed through OpenAI's secure API (not stored permanently)

- End-to-end encryption for data transmission
- Firebase Authentication with industry-standard security practices
- Secure token-based communication with OpenAI API
- Regular security audits and updates

- Your data is retained as long as your account is active
- When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
- AI Coach conversation history is cached for performance but not stored long-term by OpenAI per their data retention policy

5.1 OpenAI (GPT-4)
When you use AI features, your messages are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's data usage policy applies:
- Messages sent to AI Coach are processed by OpenAI's GPT-4 model
- OpenAI does not use API data to train their models
- Data is retained by OpenAI for 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted

- We only receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, trial, cancelled, expired)
- Subscription data is used solely to grant or revoke access to premium features
- You can manage your subscription through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Trial and subscription data is deleted when you cancel or delete your account
